Bose - Dead/Alive Trailer Out: Rajkummar Rao As Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Will Give You Goosebumps

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s life has fascinated millions. Now, ALT Balaji is set to bring the man himself alive on-screen with Rajkummar Rao playing the titular role of the web-series, Bose - Dead/Alive.

 
The web-series also stars Patralekhaa Paul and Edward Sonnenblick besides Rajkummar.

It is said that the web-series is centred around one of the biggest conspiracy theories of the country –the mystery behind Bose’s alleged death -- but it does show how it all began for Bose. His journey towards becoming Netaji, one of the most loved leaders of India.

Ekta Kapoor had released the first look of the web-series a few days back. She had said, "OK HERE IT IS ! The FIRSTLOOK OF... @rajkummar_rao AS...The man... the mystery ...the LEGEND! The combination of Hansal Mehta and Rajkummar Rao has always been a deadly one, with the duo working together in much acclaimed movies like Shahid, Citylights and Aligarh to name a few.

Talking about the project, Hansal had recently told a section of the media, “The show is not another boring biography. It is the unveiling of India’s biggest cover up. It is a fast-paced, gripping tale on a man whose trajectory is one of the most fascinating stories ever.”

To talk of Rajkummar, he is known for his sheer dedication and talent. He has given his blood, sweat and tears and the transformation is for all to see. The actor had shared his transformation for Bose on social media. He wrote, "#AnActorsLife #Building a character. From Behen Hogi Teri to Trapped to currently shooting for #Bose. Nothing gives me more high than preparing and living a character (sic)."
